Royal Remedy: Panacea Fan Sanctum chest and healing use

Find Royal Remedy inside the Panacea Fan Sanctum and understand the water-clone healing and Dew recovery it supports.

The quick answer

Royal Remedy is in a chest inside the Panacea Fan Sanctum. It supports Panacea Fan’s water-clone healing, so learn and equip it alongside that Martial Art rather than expecting it to improve every healing action.

Look for the room with two broken pillars

  1. Bring a Dragon Key to the Panacea Fan Sanctum in southeastern Verdant Wilds and open its locked entrance.
  2. Progress into the cave’s first large hall. Look for the adjoining chamber marked by two braziers at its entrance, two broken pillars and two patrolling guards.
  3. Watch the patrols, enter the side room and open its gold chest for Royal Remedy: Tome. Continue to the Skill Theft area if you also need to learn the fan.
  4. Learn the Tome in Inner Ways and equip it in the loadout you use for healing.

The side-room chest and the weapon-learning encounter are separate interactions. Reaching the instructor does not prove that you opened the chest. If the weapon is learned but the Inner Way is missing, revisit the pillar room.

Connect the passive to the water clone

The named interaction improves the water clone created by Cloudburst Healing. The healing zone also interacts with Dew recovery when its healing-over-time condition is met. Positioning matters because a teammate outside the zone cannot be treated as if they were standing inside it.

Our suggested habit is to place healing where the group can remain safely, then check the health bars and your resource before spending another skill. A large healing effect placed behind the party is less useful than a smaller, well-timed one they can actually receive.

What to practise before upgrading

  • Recognise the water-clone skill in Panacea Fan’s own skill list.
  • Place the zone around the fight’s next safe position instead of chasing a player’s previous location.
  • Watch whether teammates need immediate healing or can stay inside a sustained zone.
  • Read the next breakthrough’s condition before opening a Royal Remedy Notes selection.

This is support for a specific healing loop. It does not replace learning how to target an ally, manage Dew or respond to damage outside the zone. If you are using Inkwell Fan for damage, return to that Martial Art’s own passive choices.

If the Tome is owned but nothing changed

Check both the Inner Way slot and the Martial Art loadout. Then identify the clone’s healing action rather than comparing an unrelated heal. A later breakthrough shown in the menu is not active until its tier is unlocked.
