The quick answer
Restoring Blossom comes from Legacy: Healer’s Calling. Equip it for a healing setup that can produce critical heals and maintain its Nurturing benefit; it is separate from unlocking the Healer career.

Complete Healer’s Calling
Find Mu Ji’an on the northern side of Mercyheart Town in Qinghe. Follow the introduction: gather the requested herbs, prepare the prescribed powder, diagnose the patient with Wind Sense and complete the treatment.
The treatment uses Prescription Cards. Bring the affliction’s severity to zero, then finish the conversation and rewards. Restoring Blossom is one reward from this introduction. Open Inner Ways and Comprehend it; the career menu opening does not automatically mean the passive is equipped.
Career healing and combat healing differ
The Healer career treats illnesses through its diagnosis and card system. Panacea Fan and Soulshade Umbrella provide combat healing through Martial Arts. Restoring Blossom belongs to the latter loadout decision even though its acquisition introduces the former activity.
This distinction matters when troubleshooting. Playing a treatment card is not a test of the passive’s critical-heal trigger. Test combat healing with the passive equipped and the relevant healing weapon active.
Build around actual critical heals
Critical healing grants Nurturing. Maintaining the benefit depends on producing qualifying heals within the effect’s window. Later progression adds further interactions, including a personal concentration benefit; do not assume every tier is present at initial comprehension.
The May 28 adjustment lengthened the relevant durations. Older launch-era short timers therefore should not drive your timing decisions. Use the description for your unlocked tier when checking how much room you have between qualifying heals.
Practise without wasting healing resources
A proposed learning exercise is to watch the buff while healing through a manageable encounter. Notice whether it appears after a critical heal and when it falls off. Keep enough Dew for an actual recovery need instead of spending it solely to keep an icon visible.
A sustained buff is useful only if the party also survives. During movement or a boss transition, repositioning safely may be more valuable than forcing another heal into a poor target or an empty health deficit.
Diagnose the missing benefit
| Symptom | First check |
|---|---|
| Passive still locked | Quest rewards and Comprehend |
| Career unlocked but no combat benefit | Inner Way equipped in the active healing setup |
| No Nurturing during normal attacks | Use qualifying combat healing |
| Demonstration shows a stronger effect | Compare unlocked tiers and patch-era descriptions |
| Buff falls off during movement | Review practical healing uptime rather than only gear score |
Upgrade with a healing plan
Compare Restoring Blossom with the passives supporting your main healing pair. Choose the next investment by the problem you experience: access to the loop, resource availability or output during real recovery windows. A damage-focused character need not spend scarce Notes on this passive merely because the introductory quest supplied it.
