Claim the Sleeping Daoist reward
- Travel to Jadebrook Mountain in Qinghe, using Path of Karma as the nearby Boundary Stone.
- Approach the Sleeping Daoist encounter and prepare your healing and equipped skills before beginning.
- Defeat him and collect Esoteric Revival: Tome. Use the boss walkthrough below if his transformations or projectiles are stopping the clear.
- Learn and equip Esoteric Revival, then check Panacea Fan’s revival skill in your Martial Arts menu.
The boss reward unlocks the passive; it does not teach every action in the healer’s kit. If the revival action itself is unavailable, read that skill’s own requirement first.
Identify who receives the extra healing
The affected character is the ally revived by Panacea Fan’s Perception Skill. English descriptions use Resurrection or Golden Dawn Revival for this interaction. Follow the named revival action in your own skill list.
This is different from increasing every heal during a normal damage cycle. If nobody needs reviving during an encounter, the revival-specific part of the passive has no occasion to trigger.
Choose it for the group you are playing with
Our suggested use is a learning group where deaths are a realistic part of attempts and you have taken responsibility for recovery. Discuss who will revive before the pull so multiple players do not all stop their assigned jobs for the same target.
Choose a safe moment and position for the revive. Extra recovered HP cannot guarantee survival when the ally reappears inside the same dangerous area. Be ready to follow the revival with ordinary healing or movement.
Read protection and recovery tier by tier
Breakthroughs can add post-revive protection, healing over time and a damage-sharing interaction. They are not all included when you first learn the Tome. In particular, read who receives or shares damage before adopting a high-tier effect as part of your recovery plan.
Compare that conditional value with Royal Remedy if your main problem is ongoing healing rather than recovering fallen allies. You can collect both before deciding which deserves scarce Notes.
If the expected improvement is missing
- Confirm Panacea Fan and Esoteric Revival are both equipped in the active loadout.
- Check that you used the named revival skill on a fallen ally.
- Check whether the expected protection belongs to a tier you own.
