The quick answer

Fury Harvest is earned by defeating Ye Wanshan in Bodhi Sea. It improves qualifying Vitality recovery for Mystic Skills; its base effect does not add recovery to every attack, hit taken or deflection.

Finish Bodhi Sea and learn the tome

Track the Bodhi Sea campaign in Sundara Land and defeat Ye Wanshan at its end. Collect the reward, then Comprehend Fury Harvest in the Abilities / Inner Ways interface and equip it.

Vitality is the resource for Mystic Skills

Fury Harvest concerns the combat resource spent on Mystic Skills. It is not an HP recovery passive and does not refill crafting Stamina or reward-claim Energy. Those systems can appear near one another in menus but solve different problems.

If your goal is to cast a particular Mystic Skill more often, first identify whether the actual limitation is Vitality, the skill’s cooldown or finding a safe opportunity. More resource only directly addresses the first of those.

The base exclusions matter

At initial comprehension, the bonus does not apply to Vitality gained by ordinary attacking, taking a hit or successful deflection. Qualifying recovery actions have their own chance for an extra gain.

Later tiers expand the interaction: early progression names kills, assassinations, precision dodges and bow weak-point hits; later features add attack-related recovery, deflection support and a refund interaction after casting. Read your unlocked tier rather than applying the final tier’s behaviour to the base art.

Build a resource budget

An editorial planning method is to choose one Mystic Skill you want available for a specific mechanic. Reserve its required Vitality before spending on optional damage. Fury Harvest can make the budget more comfortable, but a chance-based extra gain is not a guaranteed emergency reserve.

For example, if an interrupt is essential to your plan, do not spend the last available resource on a filler skill and assume the next action will return enough. Observe the resource bar after the recovery event before committing.

Compare the slot honestly

Fury Harvest is most useful when extra Mystic Skill access produces something your weapons do not already supply comfortably. If you rarely spend Vitality or repeatedly sit at full resource, another passive may contribute more. Improve the casting plan before buying upgrades solely because the passive is labelled General.
