The quick answer
Speak to Yang Xin at Floral Expanse Beyond in Qinghe. Find the Maha Manjusaka on the northern shore, low among the rocks beside the large tree, then return it to her. If Yang Xin is missing, visit during daytime; Chen hour is a useful first check.

Where to find Yang Xin
Travel to the Floral Expanse Beyond Boundary Stone in northern Qinghe and search the flower-covered shoreline nearby. Speak to Yang Xin about the Maha Manjusaka before beginning the search. Visit in daylight; if she is absent, set the clock to Chen hour and check the shore again.
Maha Manjusaka location
- From Yang Xin, face the northern shoreline and travel toward the rocky cliff.
- Find the prominent tree along that stretch of shore.
- Search the low gaps between the boulders to its right, against the cliff.
- Interact with the large red quest flower to collect the Maha Manjusaka.
Look close to the base of the rocks. The nearby red vegetation can make the quest flower easy to overlook if you only scan the open ground. If there is no collection prompt, check whether the named item is already in your inventory.
Return the flower and confirm completion
Go back to Yang Xin’s original shoreline position and hand over the Maha Manjusaka. Finish the conversation to resolve the Wandering Tale. The listed rewards include 20 Echo Jade, 10 Qinghe Exploration and 1,500 each of Coins and Character EXP.
If the handover does not appear, check the item’s name instead of assuming any red flower will work. If Yang Xin has disappeared during the search, return in daylight. You do not need to find a second blossom simply because the NPC is absent.
