The quick answer
Check weekly reward eligibility first, book any group activity you want to finish, then spend Energy on a specific upgrade need. Claim completed Battle Pass, guild and sect tasks before their displayed reset. You do not need to complete every activity to make useful progress.

Start with rewards that actually expire
Open Wandering Paths, the Battle Pass, your guild and your sect if you have joined one. Separate a completed task with an unclaimed reward from an unfinished task. Claiming what you already earned is the shortest part of the weekly routine and prevents an avoidable loss at reset.
Read the countdown attached to the actual task or shop. A daily reset, a weekly allowance and the end of a season are different deadlines. In particular, an old event timetable should not become your permanent weekly schedule. This checklist deliberately uses the live countdown rather than assigning every activity one universal reset hour.
A practical order for the week
| Priority | Action | Why it belongs here |
|---|---|---|
| Already earned | Claim completed task and milestone rewards. | No additional grind is needed. |
| Needs other players | Arrange a Hero’s Realm or guild session. | Your group’s availability may be the limiting factor. |
| Upgrade target | Spend naturally recovered Energy on the relevant reward. | A named material or gear need gives farming a purpose. |
| Limited stock | Buy useful weekly items after checking inventory. | A purchase limit does not make every item valuable. |
| Optional goals | Finish exploration, career or competitive objectives you enjoy. | These should fit the time you actually have. |
This order is an editorial planning recommendation, not a claim that every row pays the same rewards. If a limited event ends tomorrow, move its useful reward ahead of a permanent activity.
Check the reward allowance before grouping
Hero’s Realm is a ten-player activity with weekly reward restrictions. Repeating a cleared encounter can still help friends or let you practise, but another completion does not automatically mean another reward claim. Inspect the selected encounter’s remaining allowance before scheduling a farming session.
Write down the encounter, your role and the aim of the run. “First clear with a learning group” and “repeat the boss for practice” are both valid plans. Mixing them without telling the group creates frustration, especially when some players expect a fast reward run.
Buy the shortfall, then choose your farming
Before buying an upgrade item, subtract the amount already in your bag from the next upgrade’s requirement. As an illustrative example, if you need eight notes and own six, two is the immediate shortfall. Buying the full weekly stock commits resources beyond the upgrade you have actually chosen.
Energy-based activities and weekly claims are not interchangeable. Sword Trial can offer repeatable claims paid with Energy, while a weekly reward may be unavailable even when your Energy bar is full. Check both the resource cost and the reward counter instead of treating a refill as a way around a weekly limit.
If you only have two sessions
Use the first session to claim finished rewards, arrange one group activity and identify one upgrade. Use the second to finish that activity and spend the remaining time on the chosen upgrade. Leave an optional ranked target or lengthy map sweep for a week when you want to do it.
- Keep one small list of intended purchases; delete items after buying them.
- Stop repeating an encounter for loot when its relevant claim is exhausted.
- Finish with one concrete next objective so the following login starts quickly.

Common questions
Do I need to do every weekly?
No. Prioritise expiring rewards you value and activities that support your current character goal. Optional modes can stay optional.
Does clearing a dungeon mean I claimed its reward?
Not necessarily. Check the reward screen, chest and activity allowance after the clear; completion and payment or collection can be separate steps.
