The quick answer
Hero’s Realm is the ten-player boss activity in Wandering Paths. Select an unlocked encounter, inspect its entry conditions and remaining reward claims, then join with the correct loadout and role. You can repeat encounters for practice or to help others, but another clear does not automatically grant another weekly reward.

Choose the encounter and check its requirements
Open Wandering Paths and select Hero’s Realm. Inspect the encounter’s level and progression requirements before recruiting a group. Different entries belong to different stages of progression; the menu’s existence does not mean every listed fight is unlocked.
Read the reward panel at the same time. If a higher tier becomes available soon, decide whether you are running now for loot, practice or helping a friend. Those are all valid goals, but they should not be confused when planning a limited weekly claim.
Prepare your role before joining
| Role | Preparation that matters |
|---|---|
| Tank | Equip the intended defensive pair and understand boss-facing or swap assignments. |
| Healer | Equip combat healing tools and know the recovery and resurrection inputs. |
| Damage | Learn a reliable attack loop while leaving attention for mechanics. |
| Everyone | Repair or prepare equipment, inspect the active saved plan and read the encounter guide. |
A career title is not a combat role. The Healer career treats illnesses, whereas a raid healer needs the appropriate Martial Arts and developed skills. Likewise, carrying a spear does not by itself make every spear build the tank.
Use the encounter guide and agree on assignments
The Hero’s Realm interface has a Dungeon Guide button with encounter-specific text and images. Read the selected boss’s instructions before the pull. A guide for another ten-player encounter is not a substitute: shared group size does not mean shared mechanics.
Ask the group to clarify any assignment you do not understand. Use player or ground marks where useful, and keep the explanation specific: who handles the object, where that player goes and what triggers the action. One clear responsibility is easier to execute than a long stream of general reminders.
Check shared claims and first-unlock exceptions
Treat the displayed weekly allowance as a reward limit, not an entry limit. Repeating the encounter can still be useful for practice or helping others after you have claimed your reward.
Do not assume each difficulty or level tier grants an independent set of weekly loot. Read whether the selected entries share a claim. If a newly unlocked entry advertises an exclusive first-unlock reward, inspect that exception separately rather than applying it to every tier.
Check the eligibility text before the run and the chest state after each completed encounter. If the panel says a reward has already been claimed, another clear is not a reliable way to reset it.
Keep guild rewards and ordinary rewards separate
Guild Hero’s Realm can add its own group objectives and rewards. Check the guild activity panel rather than assuming its conditions are identical to the ordinary Hero’s Realm entry. September’s update also changed the guild talent interaction so it accounts for both boss-fight rewards.
After an unsuccessful run, review the first event that broke the attempt. Was an assignment missed, was someone out of range, or did a required defensive response fail? Fix that event before changing everyone’s equipment. After a successful run, claim eligible rewards and inspect the remaining allowance before queuing again.

Common questions
Is Hero’s Realm limited to one attempt each week?
The important restriction is reward eligibility. Repeating a cleared encounter for practice or assistance does not automatically supply another weekly claim.
Does every tier have separate loot?
Do not assume it does. Check the shared allowance and any specifically labelled first-unlock reward in the selected entry.
