The quick answer
Go to the Grand Imperial Temple in Kaifeng during the morning. Find Shi Yi practising in the northeast garden and use Celestial Seize to obtain his Golden Body scroll. The skill provides temporary protection; its shield does not make every enemy mechanic harmless.

Reach the temple with Celestial Seize
You need access to Kaifeng City and the Celestial Seize interaction. Golden Body is taken from a particular NPC; completing a weapon dojo or buying a Dragon Key will not advance this unlock.
Find Shi Yi and take the scroll
- Travel to the Grand Imperial Temple and enter its gardens.
- Use the clock to set the time to morning if Shi Yi is absent.
- Search the northeast corner, near the small temple building, for the young monk practising martial arts.
- Move into a suitable position behind him and use Celestial Seize. Check the selected target before confirming.
- Check the obtained scroll and your Mystic Skills list, then equip Golden Body.
If the garden looks correct but the interaction is unavailable, first check the NPC name and time. Repeatedly using the skill on a different monk will not solve an NPC schedule problem. If the theft succeeds, check your bag and learned skills before trying again.
Use the shield before pressure arrives
Golden Body supplies a shield, Qi recovery and defensive effects while active. Its protection is temporary. Plan the cast around a recognisable attack sequence, then continue responding to red and gold attack cues.
Our suggested practice is to reserve it for one troublesome sequence rather than cast it at the opening of every attempt. Compare whether you emerge with more health and enough resources to continue. This makes it easier to tell whether the skill is helping with the actual cause of failure.
Do not use a successful shield cast as a reason to stand inside a persistent hazard. A shield can soften damage without removing the need to leave the area.
Choose upgrades for solo or group use
The early breakthrough improves the defensive package and adds a shield-expiry healing interaction. Later development introduces conditional protection for nearby allies. That group effect has resource conditions, so unlocking the tier does not mean every cast shields an entire party.
Read your current tier before budgeting Vitality or judging a group cast. If you only want personal protection, first establish that you can afford the skill alongside your regular Mystic Skills. If you want to protect allies, practise the positioning and resource condition together.
