Find the blocked house near Forsaken Quarter
Travel to the Forsaken Quarter area of Kaifeng and look west for the house with people obstructing its entrance. Approaching the encounter starts Unwanted Hospitality. Listen to the conversation and look for a way around the building rather than trying to push through the group.
The important route is the narrow lane leading behind the house. Continue until the guest attracts your attention from a window. Speak through that window to advance the task.
Use the taught skill on the men outside
- Complete the guest’s window dialogue and accept his request.
- Learn Ghost Bind during the encounter.
- Return to the group at the front of the house.
- Use the prompted skill to immobilise the obstructing men.
- Continue the remaining dialogue and completion sequence, then check your learned Mystic Skills.
Follow the encounter prompt instead of starting an unrelated fight. The objective is to demonstrate the newly taught control skill so the guest can leave. Merely discovering the back window does not complete the task.
Use it against suitable targets
Ghost Bind can immobilise several ordinary enemies and interact with their Vital Spots. Powerful enemies and players do not simply inherit every crowd-control effect available against weak foes. Treat a resisted immobilisation as a target limitation rather than assuming the unlock failed.
For a group of ordinary enemies, our suggested use is to create a clear opening for a deliberate follow-up. Face the group, establish that the control landed and then choose the attack. Casting an expensive skill before checking who was actually caught can leave nearby enemies free to interrupt you.
