Look for Tales in first-clear rewards
Medicinal Tales appear among rewards for substantial quests, campaign content and world bosses. Inspect the activity’s first-clear reward panel before committing to another attempt. A boss you have already cleared may not repeat its one-time Tales reward.
For a useful next objective, choose an unfinished fight or quest that you can reasonably complete and whose reward panel includes the material. This makes medicine development part of normal progression instead of an assumed repeatable farm.
Check reserve stock when a Boundary Stone gives nothing
The charges available during combat are backed by medicine items in your bag. If the reserve is empty, returning to a Boundary Stone cannot create an unlimited new supply. Inspect the medicine selected in your quick-use slot and its stock.

Buy or craft the medicine you actually equipped
Crafting zones in settlements such as Heaven’s Pier and Harvestfall Village include medicine facilities. Basic Hemostatic Powder uses herbs and meat scraps with crafting Stamina; inspect the recipe’s displayed quantities before producing a batch. Merchants can provide an immediate supply as well.
After restocking, confirm the medicine quick-use slot and visit a Boundary Stone again. Check the ready charges before re-entering the boss arena. That small inventory check prevents losing an attempt to an empty supply.
If you use a different medicine type, restock that item rather than assuming any healing item in the bag will refill the selected slot.
